Our services are available to publishers and brands that comply with applicable laws in their jurisdictions. You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into these terms on behalf of your organization. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

4. Partnership Terms

For media partners and clients participating in our network:

• Editorial content must meet agreed standards and remain subject to partner review before publication.
• Payment terms, placement duration, and deliverables are defined in individual partnership agreements.
• Both parties agree to maintain editorial independence and transparency as specified in each engagement.

5. Intellectual Property

OutreachPilot retains ownership of its branding, website content, and proprietary processes. Content created for placements may be subject to separate agreements regarding ownership and licensing. Partners retain rights to their publications and editorial decisions.

6. Limitation of Liability

OutreachPilot provides services on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service in the twelve months prior to the claim.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate a partnership in accordance with the terms of the applicable agreement. We may suspend or terminate access to our services for breach of these terms or for any lawful reason, with reasonable notice where practicable.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will post the revised terms on this page and indicate the date of the last update. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
